Weekend Jobs - May 30th

Planting:
- Sowed some more courgettes and pumpkin seeds. Keeping them indoors until they germinate.
- Sowed rocket. Since rocket is quick growing I intercropped it with the peppers I planted out last week.
- Sowed diakon, a large Japanese radish that grows up to 25cm long.

Maintenance:
- Nipped out side shoots between the leaves and stem of the tomato plants.
- Planted 2 courgettes to their final position in a raised bed.
- Weeding.


I gave away a bunch of sunflowers, excess lettuce, and chinese cabbage to family and neighbours.
