First Seeds of 2012 Sown

I planted the first of this year's seeds this afternoon. While temperatures on most of the continent and in the UK are freezing, the weather in Dublin has been exceptionally mild. I took the opportunity to plant a few rows of Cherry Belle radish outdoors in a raised bed.

I also planted a number of other vegetable seeds in trays and I am keeping them indoors while they germinate. These include

• Sweet Pepper Rubens.
• Chinese Cabbage.
• Red Cherry Tomatoes.
• Sprouting Broccoli.
