This week we have been eating plenty of fresh young spinach from the garden. Just pick the larger outer leaves from the plants and cook straight away. The smaller inner heart leaves that are left behind should continue to crop for a few more weeks.
It is my first time to grow spinach and it is definitely a crop I will be growing more off. These seeds were planted back in the warm weather in
March. I also harvested the first of this year's radishes which were also planted at the same time.
