Plants I Have Hardening Off

I currently have sweetcorn, peppers, and tomatoes hardening off under a plastic cloche. I usual take the cover of during the day if the weather forecast is good and put it back on again at night. Some of the tomatoes and pepper have been outdoors for about 2 weeks and were transplanted into larger pots earlier in the month. I hope to move these to their final position in the next week. The remaining seedlings I started to move outdoors to the cloche this weekend. I deliberately left a gap in moving the plants outdoors hoping that it will stagger the time when they are ready to harvest and avoid having a glut of vegetables all at once.
