One month on from planting my over winter onion sets the first shoots have started to appear. There is still no signs of early shoots from the garlic. By over wintering my garlic and onions I am hoping to get a head start and earlier crop next year.
Listening to all the depressing news coming out of Ireland and the 4 year plan from our inept government, it looks like I will be eating a lot of home made onion soup next year.
