Beers Cooling in the Snow & Tasting in the Workshop

 

The severe weather may have caused a few days delay in the arrival of my beer order but it eventually arrived this evening. My neightbour and I got a few cases and Brewdog and Brooklyn beers for the holiday period. With the cases safely tucked away in my workshop we could not resist a taste or two.

Who needs a fridge when you have 20cm of snow outside. A few bottles immersed into the snow on the car bonnet for 10mins left the beers perfectly chilled and after the second botte the cold was forgotten. All I was missing was a wood burning stove for my workshop. I have had a eye on one of these workshop stoves for a while but never had the budget to buy one.
