I have been ignoring the garden recently as I have spent the last few weekends away climbing. A bit of weeding was needed around some of the seeds I planted last month. I also had some nice lettuce plants in a cloche that were ready for transplanting into a raised bed.
I sowed a few more rows of seed.
- Sowed the last of this year's sweetcorn seeds in a tray for germination indoors.
- Leek - Musselburgh Improved.
- Spring Onion.
- Broccoli.
- Lettuce.
- Continued to sow mangetout, peas and spinach.
- It is the first time I tried to grow cauliflower. Got a free pack of seeds so I planted a few in pots and left them indoor to germinate.
