Block Party

Does having a block party 2 years in a row make a tradition?

The weather was good, BBQ was wheeled out, and the neightbours in our terrace brought food and beers. With about 20 people to feed there was plenty of food on offer including some nice BBQ sea bass,  sweetcorn and courgette from the garden. The kids even had a cake cooking competition along with judging.

The Dancook BBQ doubles up nicely as a firepit. With the cooking grate removed, a few logs borrowed from a neighbour thrown on, it made a nice warm focus for a late night beer and song or two.
