I usually hold off until Saint Patrick's weekend to plant the first seeds of the year. I still have quite a lot of seed packets left from last year and hope there will be a reasonable germination rate. I planted 4 trays of seed and left them to germinate on the kitchen counter.
- Spinach, Apollo F1 Hybrid.
- Pak Choi, White Stemmed.
- Chinese Cabbage, Spectrum.
- Broccoli, Autumn Spear.
